Statently

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

This policy explains what Statently does with your data. The short version: your bank statement is processed in memory to extract transactions and is never stored on our servers.

Your statement files

When you upload a statement PDF, it is sent to our server, passed to our extraction provider to read the transactions, and returned to you as a CSV. The file and its contents are held only in memory for the duration of that request and are not written to a database or long-term storage. We do not sell, share, or use your statement data for any purpose other than performing the conversion you requested.

What we do store

To run the paywall and free trial, we store a small amount of non-statement data:

Third-party processors

Your rights

Because we do not store your statements and hold no account tied to your identity, there is very little personal data to access or delete. For questions about payment data or to make a request, email support@statently.com.

Cookies
