Statently

Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Statently(the "Service"), operated by Statently. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Statently extracts transactions from a bank or credit-card statement PDF you upload and returns a categorized CSV file. The extraction is performed automatically. You are responsible for reviewing the output for accuracy before relying on it.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Accuracy and "as is" disclaimer

Automated extraction can make mistakes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Statently is a tool to save you time — it is not accounting, tax, or financial advice. Always verify the CSV against your original statement before using it for bookkeeping, tax, or any official purpose.

4. Credits and payment

Paid conversions are sold as one-time credit packs. Payment is handled by Stripe. See the Pricing and Refund Policy pages for details. Credits are for your use and should not be resold.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statently is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from errors in the extracted data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the credits at issue.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
